GTA 6 Drops New Justice Track 'Pusher' Ahead of Score Release
Rockstar has released 'Pusher,' a new collaboration between Justice and Gesaffelstein from the GTA 6 original score, which arrives on streaming December 11.
GTA 6 just gave us another taste of its soundtrack, and it's a good one. Today, Rockstar dropped "Pusher," a brand-new track from the game's original score. If that name sounds like your kind of vibe, you can stream it right now.
The score itself, Grand Theft Auto VI: Original Score, is being handled by Justice, the Grammy-winning French electronic duo. It's set to hit all the major music streaming platforms on December 11, so mark your calendars if you're a soundtrack collector.
"Pusher" is a team-up between Justice and French electronic pioneer Gesaffelstein. The two acts joining forces is a pretty exciting prospect for anyone who follows the French electronic scene, and it gives you a hint of the sonic direction the score is taking.
The full album will pack 30 tracks, all drawn from the music Justice created specifically for the game. Among them is "Flower in a Hurricane," a collaboration featuring Tame Impala, SZA, and King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard. That's quite a lineup for a single track.
And if 30 songs isn't enough, every version of the album will also include a batch of digital bonus tracks. So whether you grab it on your preferred streaming service or elsewhere, you're getting some extra material on top of the main score.
For more details, you can head to the music section of the official Grand Theft Auto VI website. There you'll find preview clips of select in-game radio stations, plus a selection of singles from Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, which is a separate project from the score.
With the score landing December 11 and new music trickling out, the wait for GTA 6 is getting a little more melodic. What do you think of "Pusher" so far, and are you planning to give the full score a listen when it drops? Let us know in the comments.
